Granulated activated recuperating carbon AR-B

  Гранулированный активный рекуперационный уголь АР-БGranulated activated recuperating carbon AR-B is produced in the form of granules from coal dust and binding agents by treatment with water steam at the temperature of 850 – 950° С.

Activated recuperating carbons AR-B are used for recovery of organic solvents vapors and returning them into production. They have a high absorbing capacity for organic substances vapors, low holding capacity, they are strong enough, do not require significant energy consumption to overcome hydraulic resistance of adsorbent layer during gas passage. The degree of solvent recovery at recovery units is equal to 95-99%.

Apart from that, AR active carbons are used for treatment of ventilation emissions at chemical and petrochemical productions, as well as in air conditioning systems (household, restaurants, cafes, offices, etc.).

Granulated activated recuperating carbon AR-B is used for recovery and return into production of solvents vapors with boiling temperature 60-100°C (benzene, dichloroethane, gasoline, ethanol).
